This issue arises when you have registered using a specific email address but have not completed the email authentication process.
To complete the email authentication, you need to log in and click on the "Resend Authentication Mail" button. This will prompt an authentication mail to be sent to your registered email address. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the authentication process.
Password must be at least 8 characters long and include English letters, numbers, and special characters.
Only the following special characters are allowed: ~, !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *
To reset your password, please click on "Reset Password" on the login screen.
It's important to note that if you enter the wrong password five times in a row, your account will be blocked. Therefore, we recommend that you try to remember your password before attempting to log in five consecutive times.
Follow the below mentioned steps to create an account and complete user verification on LINX Exchange.
1. Go to https://www.linx-li.com/
2. Click on sign Up
3. Fill in all the details requested on the screen.
4. Once you have filled in the details, read the Terms and Conditions sections and agree to them by checking the box next to them and by selecting that you’re the beneficial owner of the account. Now click on the Sign Up button.
5. You will receive an email with the email verification link.
6. Click on the link.
7. Now log in with your credentials.
8. You will see the dashboard of your account confirming successful registration of your account.
These can be the reasons for not receiving a verification email
1. You might be checking the wrong mail ID or entering an incorrect email at the time of sign up.
2. The mailbox storage might be full. Due to the upper limit of mailbox storage, you need to clear some emails.
3. Sometimes, the email may have landed in the spam box, so you need to check the spam box as well. If still not received you can send a request on [email protected]

Usually, a KYC confirmation is completed in about 20 minutes. However, identification can take up to 48 hours because the information confirmation operation is duplicated.
Here are common reasons why your application for identification is rejected.
1. If another identified account with the same ID information is found, we will rejected your application because LINX only allows one account per person to be identified.
2. Face authentication failed. Please take a picture so that your face is centered in the frame.
3. ID detection failed. The ID should be clear and easy to see. You may not be able to detect images or broken images with excessive exposure or reflection.
4. Screenshots or scan copies are not allowed. Please upload the original photos and resubmit it.
5. In case of submission of invalid tax items, please check the required documents on the identification page and resubmit them.
6. Please be sure to read our terms and conditions of use, such as those under the age of 18, which may violate LINX's terms and conditions of use or your residence may be the country or region subject to our restrictions on access.
