How to deposit EUR

Please check the follows when you deposit.

  • You can only withdraw EUR to your own account that you have added on LINX.
  • You can purchase EUR to trade a cryptocurrency.
  •   ① EUR deposits can only be deposited to the 'EUR Deposit Account' above.
      ② The deposit amount will be transferred within 3-5 business days.

How to deposit EUR. ① Please deposit an amount you want to the bank account of LINX.
② Go to Wallet menu and check EUR assets that the amount you deposit.

How to withdraw EUR

Please check the follows when you withdraw.

  • All withdrawals will be processed after the system confirmation.
  • The withdrwal shall not to process in real time. It may take 3-5 business days after you requested.
  • EUR charged to LINX can only be withdrawn to your own bank account that you added on LINX.

How to withdraw EUR. ① Please request us to withdraw EUR in your wallet from Wallet menu.
② The amount you request to withdraw shall be deposited to your added bank account in 3-5 business days.

How to deposit cryptocurrency

Please check the follows when you deposit.

  • You can deposit cryptocurrencies from your outer wallet into LINX wallet.
  • The deposit shall be shown after system confirmation. This usually takes about 10 to 30 minutes.
  • Pleae make sure to check and send your deposit address. ※ LINX is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect addressing.

How to withdraw cryptocurrency

Please check the follows when you withdraw.

  • LINX withdraws the cryptocurrency from your LINX wallet to your external wallet.
  • All withdrawals will be processed after system confirmation.
  • If there is currently waiting for a transaction or has not completed a contract can not be withdrawn.
  • When you withdraw the cryptocurrency, you should pay the withdraw fee.
  • All cryptocurrency withdrawals will be issued within 24 hours after the system confrimation.
  • ※ LINX is not responsible for any loss caused by mistranslation of the address.

How to withdraw cryptocurrency ① Go to Wallet menu.
② Choose the asset you want to withdraw.
③ Click Withdrwal menu on the right tab.
④ Read the notice and check the amount you can withdraw, fill the withdrawal form.
⑤ Click Withdrawal Request button.
